NuGet inaccessible

Until recently, we had automated builds by pointing Nuget at the URLs published here

Now, however, we are receiving 403s for listing or obtaining any packages whatsoever

  • The source URL is correct (casing)
  • The user credentials are valid (they work against srv.softwarepotential.com)

We have also tested attempting to retrieve packages from a third-party system to rule out authentication caching / client issues (i.e. we tried using a hosted Artifactory instance to connect to the NuGet repository) - and still we receive the same 403 issue

Is the NuGet package service still running/still active, and if so would it be possible to provide us with some diagnostic detail on why our authentication is failing?

 You can actually close this:

We did not realise the 'Developer' flag had been added to the portal UI for user administration 

After creating and configuring a user which access as a developer, our problem is resolved
