Upgrading your SLP Services account (FAQ18)

I have a key for the Standard Edition. How do I upgrade my Basic account?

Log on to the SLP Online Service portal (https://srv.softwarepotential.com)

  • Select the Accounts tab on the top navigation bar
  • Your Accounts page will now display
  • In the Upgrade Account section of the Accounts page
    • Enter your new product key in the Product Key field and
    • Click "Upgrade" button
  • The new license should be listed in the Account SKUs table at the top of the Accounts page
  • The Accounts Features page will display all features available under the new upgraded account.
